Here at R1 we understand that the majority of competitors want as much power as possible as well as reliability. Within the company we have experience with that of  Peugeot, Renault, Ford and Subaru engine.

Our latest Engine build is that of a 306 GTI6 XU10J4RS. we fitted over sized pitons, with maXpeeding rods, ARP bolts , Piper Competition cams, Omex control ECU and Omex throttle bodies. Then next stage for the engine is to fit solid lifters to allow the engine to rev to 10500 rpm.  From here we will be able to have different maps and allow the launch control to be mapped to allow fully potential for the starts of the race.

Our next engine build is a fully forged S16 2.0 engine. Our build plan for this is to have high comp piston, Rods, bored and ecked block, full gas flowed head with valve guides machined out of ports to improve  air flow into the chamber

Subaru 

Here in the Motorsport workshop we have experience within the Subaru engine build. this includes that of head gaskets as well as bottom end rework. We have contacts with companies that can supply that of the 2.1 stoker kit aswell as head work to increase the gas flow into the combustion chamber.

While also doing competition engine we also can also do your production engine rebuilds. From here we can do a basic engine rebuild which would include bottom and top end refresh, or we can build a true blueprint engine rebuild where the bottom end will be balanced and blue printed.  This will insure that the connecting rod weights are the same, this there for allowing the forces within the engine to be reduced.
